When we purchased this property in 2014, it had most recently served as a doctor's office as well as living space. We created two large side-by-side apartments; a front unit with 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and a rear unit with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a separate den, as well as a massive third floor space. The home's massive original parlor became an open kitchen/living room for the front unit, and the rear unit has a living room in the original formal dining room, and kitchen in its original place. We spared no expense on the kitchens for this properties, sporting beautiful, locally made cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, and brand-new appliances. The bathrooms are also all new, and historic detail was preserved and highlighted wherever possible.
