We purchased this building in 2011, and its two upper apartments were some of our very first renovations. Unfortunately, there are no photographs from this restoration, but the 2014 renovation of the massive 3-bedroom, downstairs unit is pictured here! We transformed it from its drab, outdated, 70's look to a modern Victorian apartment. Some improvements include removing the drop ceilings, restoring or replacing the hardwood flooring, completely rebuilding the kitchen and bathroom, and introducing crown molding and custom lighting. Its large rooms boast lots of natural light, built-in storage, as well as a superb marble fireplace.
