We purchased this home in 2013, and it had been most recently used as office space on the first floor, and an apartment on the second. In converting the massive first floor space back into residential space, we created one large front unit, and a smaller, but still spacious rear unit. The second floor remains one large apartment, but with drastically improved functionality. We removed tons of carpet and drop ceiling, refinished hardwood floors, and introduced crown molding and custom lighting. Renovations also included brand-new kitchens with all new cabinetry, appliances, and more practical layouts, as well as gorgeous new bathrooms. The exterior was given all all new paint-job, moving from a modest pale yellow and white, to an ornate "Painted Lady" Victorian.
