Q: Do you have any apartments available?
A: Our available apartments change all the time. Check our online list here or call the office to inquire.
Q: How much is an apartment?
A: If the cost of rent has not been included in the listing please contact our office to inquire - 607.846.3680
Q: What is the best way to contact you?
A: Calling during business hours is preferable. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can also email us at apartments@capriottiproperties.com.
Q: I would like to bring your attention to a property I am selling -- how can I do that?
A: Please call our office during business hours to leave the details of your property and a contact number, or email the details to apartments@capriottiproperties.com
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: One (1) small pet under 20 lbs in most apartments.
Q: I've applied previously, or lived in a Capriotti property before -- why do I have to apply again?
A: We receive many applications and do not keep them on file indefinitely.
Q: Do you have any properties outside of Elmira?
A: All of our properties are located within one mile of each other between Elmira's Downtown and Near Westside neighborhoods.
